Will I receive the same product as pictured?
Yes.
A note about colours. We have endeavoured to take photos which accurately capture each product’s colour. Please be aware that all devices have a range of colour, brightness, hue and tone settings which may distort the actual colour of the item. Where can I see my sales receipt?
Once a product has been purchased online, you will receive an email with details about logging into your Karisma account. To view your receipts, log in and go to https://karisma.biz/my-account/orders
Where can my order be delivered?
If this is your first order we must deliver it to the registered address of your payment card. All subsequent orders can be delivered to any UK address
